Our Mission:

H&S initiatives:

  • Proactively managing risks through continuous identification, assessment, and control, coupled with enhanced training, supervision, and open communication channels for feedback and initiative.
  • Prioritizing health and safety with daily Site Safety Toolbox Meetings, educational workshops, and thorough incident investigations.

Our Mission:
Is to safeguard the environment through continuous improvement of our practices and reduction of our carbon footprint, ensuring the preservation and enhancement of the natural surroundings in our operational areas.

Our Environmental Management Plan (EMP) addresses how we will manage environmental impacts such as:

  • Dust & Air quality
  • Hazardous waste and other dangerous materials
Our Sustainability Goals:

Our goal is to minimize environmental impact by redirecting construction waste from landfills to sustainable pathways, promoting a circular economy in the industry.

Recycling and recycled products:

  • We actively use recycled materials, including crushed concrete AP65, in our projects.
  • Redirecting Aspahlt & concrete from landfills to support circular economy initiative.
  • Scrap metals and waste from and demolition projects are recycled.

OCON Group strives to be an active participant in our local community, focusing on building relationships and creating opportunities for emerging talents. Through sponsorships and supporting local charities, we aim to invest in our communities, building goodwill and adding value to our operations.
